Susan Brooks holds a B.A. in psychology from Mary Baldwin College in Staunton, Virginia. She is a lifelong resident of the Oreland, Abington, and Huntingdon Valley areas and a graduate of Germantown Academy.

Prior to joining Quinn & Wilson, Susan and her husband, Bill, owned a family retail business specializing in Oriental rug sales and restorations. She enjoys using her keen eye for design and staging to maximize the value of each home listed for sale, and assist buyers in realizing the potential value of each home they visit.
