Similarly, if the price of this home were $360,000 instead of $400,000 the pool of buyers goes up by another 6%.
How do we know this? Well, it is based off of searches that people using our web tools have initiated or saved. We know there are 115 people who have saved searches in this price range for this town. More importantly, if you were to list this home right now each of those 115 people would get an email alert telling them it is now for sale!
